Planpics Ltd provide Property Presentation Services.
In using the Planpics services the introducing agent and their clients are deemed to understand and accept our terms and conditions.
Our charges are kept low because our services are built on the single prepaid visit.

All images remain the copyright of Planpics Ltd.. The introducing estate agent may use these images in connection with marketing the property.
Motion graphic logos created by Planpics remain the property of Planpics and may not be used in any other connection.

PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy Policy – we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

PAYMENT TERMS
On making the appointment, we take payment by credit or debit card over the phone or by an online Paypal link which accepts all major cards.
Re visits are charged at 50% of the initial charge – eg re photography for changed seasons / property improvements.

A charge of 50% is made when owners delay or change appointments within 48 hours of the arranged time.
A refund of 50% of the  payment will be made in the event of a cancellation more than 48 hours before the arranged visit.
A refund of 25% of the payment will be made in the event of a cancellation 24hrs to 48hrs ahead of the appointment.

Failed access arrangements or cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment result in a full charge without refund.

DELIVERY OF IMAGES

Images are provided to the agent by download links which remain live for 7 days. Within this period they can be downloaded as often as required. The images should be saved. Thereafter images are sent to archive and there is a £15 archive search charge before images can be re issued.
All images remain the copyright of Planpics Ltd.. The introducing estate agent may use these images in connection with marketing the property.
Property owners can have an email copy of the download link whilst it is still live, but should note that any supplied images are for their own personal / non commercial use only.
In the event that images have been supplied, but payment fails, the estate agent will be required to remove images from all marketing material pending receipt of cleared funds.
The Virtual Videos are available to be viewed during the time the introducing agent markets the property.
A link can be emailed to enable the Virtual Videos to be viewed on the owner’s Facebook and other social networks and emailed to friends.The Virtual Video link can also be added to smartphones.
The more these Virtual Videos are viewed, the more prominent the property becomes on search engines such as Google.

PREPARING FOR THE PHOTO SHOOT
It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that the property is looking at its best, internally and externally.
The property will be seen to its best advantage if it has been de cluttered, tidied and is light and bright and clean – curtains / blinds wide open, lights on and fires lit. Cars off the drive. Fresh flowers, neat tidy gardens and clear kitchen worktops help set the scene – All the sorts of things you need concentrate on when people come to view.
Planpics Ltd may move one or two minor items during photography, but will not tidy / de clutter or move furniture etc..

EDITING
Planpics Ltd charge for the single visit and include their standard studio editing, and building and hosting the Virtual Videos at no extra cost
Editing is at Planpics discretion and does not include removing permanent objects or significant items such as scaffolding.
